Toby Wallis

Toby Wallis lives in Ripon. He was awarded a BA(hons) in Photography, Film and Television at the London College of Printing (now the London College of Communications) and is an ex member of the Royal Photographic Society.

He was a Professional photographer for 5 years specialising in architecture (large format photography) portraiture and photojournalism. He has had work published in the British Journal of Photography, the Guardian, Observer Colour Magazine and National Trust Magazine.

Toby has shown 6 exhibitions including The Great Russell Heritage, sponsored by Kodak, about the history of the Woburn Abbey family.

More recently he was a television producer for a large number of programmes including The South Bank Show, and ran a successful television post-production and production company. His television work has been seen worldwide.

He now runs a marketing, communications and web design consultancy, one of the sponsors of Sharow Photographic Competition.
